NEXT is part of my DNA. Author, strategy consultant, coach and filmmaker shape my experiences.
For more than 20 exciting years, I designed future corporate strategies around the world and brought innovations to life. Most recently, I worked as Head of Recruiting for the DACH region and the Netherlands.
In India I created a high-performing consulting team. In Poland I realized a unique recruiting intelligence unit.
In-depth specialist knowledge, creativity and trust in people accompanied my path.
I am a graduate of the Munich University of Film and Television (HFF).
I earned a Master of Arts at Indiana University Bloomington, USA.
Over several decades I built “high performing teams” and aligned the team structure to the needs of the employees and their needs. Highest performance can only occur with highly motivated, committed, involved and “empowered” employees. Read more about it in my Blog.
In 2023 I dedicated myself to the memory of June 17, 1953 with a focus on Halle (Saale). Among other things, I designed an exhibition in Halle (Saale) whose opening was honored on National German TV (ARD Tagesthemen). I published the novel "Alberts Bilder bleiben".
